B2B customers expect immediate, expert support. When a facilities team’s maintenance tracking system fails, they need responses within hours, not days. We implemented tiered support with guaranteed response times for paying customers.
B2C support scales through self-service. Help documentation, community forums, and chatbots handle most consumer support needs.
Unit Economics
